Frequently Asked Questions
General questions about Calculator Hub. For questions about a specific calculator, see the FAQ section on that tool's page.
Are the calculators on this site really free?
Yes. Every calculator on Calculator Hub is free to use, with no sign-up, account or payment required.
How accurate are the results?
Our calculators use standard, documented formulas for each calculation. Where a result depends on a rate that the government or a platform can change — like tax slabs or marketplace commission — that rate is kept up to date in our settings and shown with a "last updated" date. Even so, treat every result as an estimate and verify important decisions with an official source.
Do you store the numbers I enter into a calculator?
Calculators run in your browser and do not require sending your inputs to our servers to produce a result. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Yes — we welcome suggestions. Use the Contact page to tell us what you'd find useful.
Is this financial, tax or legal advice?
No. Calculator Hub provides educational tools and estimates only. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified financial, tax or legal professional.
Why do some calculators ask me to confirm a rate before calculating?
Rates like income tax slabs, EPF/PPF interest and marketplace commissions change over time. We pre-fill the current configured rate but let you confirm or adjust it so your result reflects the most accurate figure available to you.
How do I report an error?
Please use the Contact page to report any incorrect formula, outdated rate, or bug you notice — we review every report.
